ID찾기/비밀번호 재설정 [Find ID/Reset Password]

유레카포탈서비스를 사용하기 위한 ID 찾기 및 Password 재설정 기능을 제공합니다.
Password 10회 오류로 계정이 잠긴 경우, Password를 선택하여 본인 인증 후 해제하실 수 있습니다.
  ① 원하는 항목(ID 또는 Password)을 선택하시고,
  ② ID를 찾을 경우, 신분(사용자그룹) 선택 후 [본인인증서비스] 버튼을 클릭합니다.
      본인인증 확인절차가 완료되면 [Confirm]을 누릅니다.
      ID는 화면에서 확인할 수 있으며, 재설정된 비밀번호는 본인의 휴대폰으로 전송됩니다.
  ③ Password를 재설정할 경우, 본인 ID 입력 후 [본인인증서비스] 버튼을 클릭합니다.
      본인인증 확인절차가 완료되면 [Confirm]을 누릅니다.
      재설정된 비밀번호가 본인의 휴대폰으로 전송됩니다.

To unlock your locked(due to password errors) id, select [Password] and proceed.
  ① Choose either [ID] or [Password] to find.
  ② For the ID, select your [Identity] and click [Identity authentication service].
      When the authentication process done, click [Confirm] button.
      You can find your ID on the page and its new password will be sent to your own mobile phone.
  ③ For the password, enter your ID and click [Identity authentication service].
